Is This a Hernia?”: Join Kennedy Health Alliance surgeon Dr. Linda Szczurek at 10:30 a.m., Tuesday, April 24, at Kennedy Fitness & Wellness - Sewell (405 Hurffville-Cross Keys Road, Sewell, NJ) for a FREE presentation about hernias and treatment options, including repair via minimally invasive robotic surgery.
- “Appetite Control: Understanding Your Hunger Hormones”: Join Jefferson Health Registered Dietitian Stephanie Biggs, RD, LDN, CDE,for a FREE discussion about “hunger hormones” and ways to effectively control your appetite. This program is set for Thursday, May 24, at 3:30 p.m. at Kennedy Fitness & Wellness - Mount Laurel (3 Hovtech Boulevard, Mt. Laurel, NJ).
- “Bone Up on Bone Loss”: Join Brian Duffy, PT, DPT, Director of Rehabilitation at Jefferson Health in New Jersey, at 10 a.m., Wednesday, June 13, at Kennedy Fitness & Wellness - Medford (180 Route 70, Medford, NJ) to learn about osteoporosis, risk factors for developing the condition, and lifestyle changes for prevention, among other tips.
