BROOKLAWN, NJ (APRIL 12, 2018)(CNBNewsnet)--AT&T was working on the Brooklawn Water Tower, U.S. Route 130 and Browning Road recently. According to Ryan Giles, Brooklawn Borough Administrator, AT&T was making repairs to their equipment. 

"Everything would be paid by them," said Giles.  "They rent the top of the tower from the borough."
