ALARMING NEWS--New Jersey health officials and lawmakers are alarmed about the rising rate of certain 6a00d8341bf7d953ef0176176315f9970c-800wi sexually transmitted diseases (STD) and infections. An NJ1015.com review of state Health Department information reveals that STD cases of chlamydia, gonorrhea and syphilis were recorded in nearly every community in New Jersey in 2015, the most recent year for which data is available.

New Jersey 101.5 ranked the Top 50 towns with the highest STD rates and incorporated STD statistics for all municipalities in an interactive map. These stats do not include HIV/AIDS cases, which the state measures separately. Young people are driving up the numbers. State officials say half the sexually active population will get an STD by the time they turn 25.

TAVERN ON THE EDGE FREE THANKSGIVING DINNER—Once again, it will not be business as usual at the Edge, 4th and Jersey Avenues, Gloucester City, NJ  on Thanksgiving day. No employee will be asked to work and be away from their family. So we are NOT open! We will however be open to ALL in need with a FREE Thanksgiving dinner. This dinner is for the homeless, the needy or even the lonely. Come break bread with my family! If you don't have a place to eat on Thanksgiving, you are invited!
