Jefferson Health New Jersey’s TEAM KICK at ACS 'Making Strides for Cancer'

MakingStrides2017The Jefferson Health New Jersey Cancer Center TEAM KICK raised more than $1,250 in to help the American Cancer Society for its "Making Strides Against Breast Cancer" event held October 22nd, at Cooper River Park in Pennsauken, NJ. More than 20 Team KICK members took part in the annual event, which is held at different locations throughout the country. This year, 14,000 walkers helped raise $423,000 for Making Strides of Pennsauken. Jefferson Health New Jersey Comprehensive Breast Center Medical Director Dr. Kay Yoon-Flannery, was in attendance (shown center of photo), as was Joe Devine, President, Jefferson Health, New Jersey Division. Last year, more than one million Making Strides walkers nationwide helped raise more than $60 million to support the American Cancer Society in the fight against breast cancer. We are proud to be among their ranks again this year!
