Every pet-family loves a free dog wash, right? Plus free treats, giveaways, discounted prices and activities galore? Pet Valus grand opening for its new Deptford store is this Saturday, October 28 . It’ll be running all day with tons of fun for people and pets alike, including:

**Free dog washes in the spa-like self-serve station
**Goody bags for the first 50 customers, raffles all day for a dog bed and cat tree and other gift baskets
**Kid-friendly entertainment like a clown and Pet Valu's very own DANCING DOG mascot
**Furrever Friends with adorable cats and kittens up for adoption
**My Spot! Pet Photography raffling off photo session baskets and giving away coupons
**Weruva and Nula giving out samples of their pet food and delicious refreshments for people customers as well
**Councilman Ken Barnshaw joining us from the mayor's office

Located on Almonesson Road, the new store brings Deptford the pet-friendly experience that neighbors across NJ have enjoyed. Pet Valu's popularity has led to many stores being open this year nationwide, including its first-ever in Michigan this year. The company is based in Wayne, PA.

Saturday’s grand opening invites the Deptford community to come check out some of the signature pet products and services Pet Valu is known for, such as its self-serve dog-wash stations (see picture above/attached with a mural featuring Fasola Park) where customers are provided all the amenities – without having to clean up the mess. All dog washes will be FREE on Saturday too! Also popular are its lines of adorable toys, gourmet treats, fashionable accessories, cozy furnishings and everyday pet supplies.

As part of Pet Valu’s commitment to the community, each store partners with at least one local animal shelter or group to facilitate pet adoptions and fundraising activities. On Saturday, Furrever Friends and Gloucester County Seeing Eye Dog Rescue will be at the store with homeless pets up for adoption by loving NJ homes.
