West Deptford Police Arrest 7 on Narcotic Charges

WEST DEPTFORD, NJ (June 26, 2017)--The West Deptford Police Department arrested seven people between June 7 and June 16 for illegal possession of narcotics. The crime log below gives further details.
Arrests:
On 6.7.2017, Laura K. Haban, 23, of Woodbury was arrested on Red Bank Avenue for possession of marijuana. She was issued a summons and released pending further court action.
On 6.7.2017, Anthony J. Heiskell, 46, of West Deptford was arrested on Hessian Avenue for possession of CDS (prescription narcotics). He was lodged in the Salem County Correctional Facility.
On 6.8.2017, Brian M. Cardinali, 46, of Elmer and Nicole J. Cleary, 30, of Pittsgrove were arrested on Crown Point Road. Cardinali was charged with tampering with evidence, possession of marijuana, and possession of drug paraphernalia. He was issued summonses and released. Cleary was charged with outstanding warrants, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of CDS (methamphetamine), and failure to surrender CDS. She was lodged in the Salem County Correctional Facility.
On 6.8.2017, Tomasz R. Jarosiewicz, 30, of Trenton was arrested at the WaWa on Crown Point Road for shoplifting. He was issued a summons and released pending further court action.
On 6.8.2017, Luke C. Prater, 33, of Salem was arrested on I-295 for hindering apprehension and outstanding warrants. He satisfied bail requirements and was released pending further court action.
On 6.9.2017, Raymond Gainey, 28, of Camden was issued a summons for public record fraud that occurred at the NJ Motor Vehicle Commission. He was issued a summons pending further court action.
On 6.9.2017, John C. Daly Jr., 22, of West Deptford was arrested on Crown Point Road for possession of drug paraphernalia. He was issued a summons and released pending further court action.
On 6.10.2017, Lamar A. Stocks, 30, of Woodbury was arrested on Columbia Boulevard for disorderly conduct. He was issued a summons and released pending further court action.
On 6.11.2017, Ray A. Pratt Jr., 28, of Mount Royal was arrested on Rt. 45 for possession of CDS (heroin). He was lodged in the Salem County Correctional Facility.
On 6.12.2017, Darlene S. Rudolph, 54, of Clifton Heights, PA was arrested on Colonial Avenue for outstanding warrants, possession of CDS (heroin), failure to surrender CDS, and possession of drug paraphernalia. She satisfied bail requirements and was released pending further court action.
On 6.13.2017, Anthony C. Franklin, 27, of Philadelphia, PA was arrested on Kings Highway for hindering apprehension. He was issued a summons and released pending further court action.
On 6.13.2017, Patricia A. Jones, 51, of West Deptford was a charged with eluding police on Friars Boulevard. She was lodged in the Salem County Correctional Facility.
On 6.14.2017, Karen Ayers, 52, of West Deptford was arrested for theft of moveable property. She was issued a summons and released pending further court action.
On 6.14.2017, Zach J. Karlesses, 23, of West Deptford was arrested on Red Bank Avenue for being a fugitive from justice out of Pennsylvania. He was lodged in the Salem County Correctional Facility.
On 6.15.2017, Bruce T. Martell, 25, of Paulsboro was arrested on Delaware Street for possession of marijuana. He was issued a summons and released pending further court action.
Other Incidents:
On 6.7.2017, two (2) residents from Mifflin Avenue reported burglaries at their residences. Subsequent investigation lead to the arrest of Carlos M. Rivera, 36, of Camden for the incidents. Further information on this investigation was released in a press release on 6.7.2017.
On 6.7.2017, a resident of Budd Boulevard reported that an unknown actor(s) utilized their credit card information at out of state locations.
On 6.8.2017, a resident of Lynn Drive reported that an electric meter was stolen from their property.
On 6.9.2017, it was reported that two life preservers were stolen from the Rivergate Boat Ramp.
On 6.10.2017, a resident of Barclay Court reported that a storage area at the Country Creek Condominiums was burglarized and tools were removed, which were valued at $405.00.
On 6.10.2017, a resident of Taft Avenue reported that two (2) bicycles were stolen from their property and two (2) different bicycles were left behind on the property.
On 6.11.2017, a resident of Cleveland Avenue reported that an unknown actor(s) stole a bicycle from the front yard of their property.
On 6.12.2017, a resident of Columbia Boulevard reported that someone made fraudulent purchases online utilizing their bank account.
On 6.12.2017, a resident of Walnut Street reported that their bicycle was stolen from their front yard.
On 6.13.2017, a resident of Lynn Avenue reported that jewelry was stolen from inside their residence.
On 6.14.2017, a landscaping company reported that their vehicle was intentionally damaged by an unknown actor(s) while parked on Dubois Avenue.
On 6.14.2017, it was reported that a bicycle was stolen from the bike rack at West Deptford High School.
On 6.15.2017, it was reported that a residence on Red Bank Avenue was burglarized by an unknown actor(s). Forced entry was made through a rear door and items were stolen from the interior of the home.
