Helping Raise Funds for Pet Oxygen Fire Masks
Turnersville, NJ—April 26, 2017--Approximately 600 adults, children and pets recently came through the doors of the new EarthWise Pet Supply & Grooming store at 245 Fries Mill Road after the official ribbon was cut by local and state dignitaries for the store’s Grand Opening.
A portion of proceeds from sales and in-store collections were combined to provide needed funding for approximately 24, reusable, varied-size pet oxygen masks for the Washington Township Fire Department.
Attendees visited with participating vets, adoption agencies and dog trainers; received free and discounted services from the store and vendors; checked out the new store’s organic dog food, supplies, toys, grooming and pet wash services and a fire truck with a fully extended ladder; and enjoyed food, music, raffles, magic and balloon animals.
Cutting the Grand Opening ribbon recently at EarthWise Pet Supply & Grooming at 245 Fries Mill Road in Turnersville, are Deputy Chief Ed Weitzman from the Washington Township Fire Department; Washington Township Mayor Joann Gatinelli; Miss NJ, Brenna Wieck; store co-owners George Davenport and Teresa Tocco-Davenport with their dog Reese, and Maureen Pasternak, President of the Washington Township Chamber of Commerce. The new, local franchise store is the first in Gloucester County.
