(Camden City, NJ) – The Camden County Police Department is investigating an incident of animal cruelty and is asking for help from the public to identify the suspect.
Camden County Police Department detectives are investigating a video posted on social media of an incident that is believed to have happened in Camden, possibly in Centerville or East Camden. In the video, a male suspect wearing a dark jacket and blue jeans throws a cat into the air.
