Gloucester City Police Arrest Marlton Woman on Prostitution Charges and Narcotic Offenses

Gloucester City NJ (March 31, 2017)--Gloucester City police arrested a 26- Images-2year-old woman from Marlton on prostitution charges. According to police, the suspect arrested was Kathleen A. Brodzik (26), who is also known as “Jenny” and “Cherry”.  She was also accused of several narcotic crimes. 

From the crime report, on March 28 (3:00 pm) An investigation into prostitution activity at the Quality Inn on Rt. 130 by Det. Keith O’Donnell and DSgt. Carl DePoder led to the arrest of Kathleen A. Brodzik (26), a resident of Marlton (also known as “Jenny” and “Cherry”).  She was charged with promoting prostitution, possession of CDS (heroin and crack cocaine) and possession of drug paraphernalia.  After processing, she was released.

In other matters,  

March 24 (6:47 pm) Daniel E. Pierce (45), a resident of N. Harley Avenue, was arrested on Market Street at S. Filmore by Sgt. Ken Iepson on a warrant from West Deptford Twp.  He was subsequently charged with possession of CDS (crack cocaine) and driving on a suspended license.  After processing, he was turned over to West Deptford Police.

 

March 25 (10:09 am) Gina M. Wynne (27), a resident of Pennsauken, was arrested on Rt. 130 at Market Street by Ptl. Ben McKinney on warrants from Ocean City, Camden City and Pennsauken.  After processing, she was released on bail.

 

March 25 (9:55 pm) A resident of Yale Avenue reported sometime between 3:00 pm and 9:40 pm unknown person(s) entered her unlocked vehicle and stole cash from inside.  The investigation is ongoing.

 

March 26 (12:20 pm) Stephen R. Bascone (35), a resident of Budget Inn on Rt. 130, was arrested in front of the motel by Ptl. Ben McKinney on warrants from Camden City.  He was subsequently charged with possession of CDS (heroin) and possession of hypodermic syringes.  After processing, he was released on bail.

 

March 27 (1:08 pm) While on patrol, Ptl. Tim Ryder and Shea O’Donnell arrested two individuals in the 300 block of Walnut Avenue whom they observed acting in a suspicious manner.  William A. Anderson (23), a resident of Deptford Twp. and Stefanie N. Melvin (21), a resident of New York, were charged with defiant trespass.  Anderson was processed and turned over to the NJ Department of Corrections due to the fact he had violated his parole.  Melvin was processed and released.

 

March 27 (6:40 pm) Randle J. Gray (45), a resident of Deptford Twp. was arrested on Center Street at 9th. by Ptl. Brittany Pollander on warrants from Washington Twp.  He was additionally charged with driving on a suspended license and released on bail.

 

March 27 (8:00 pm) A traffic stop on N. Broadway at Essex Street conducted by Cpl. Bill Lessig resulted in the arrest of David Harper Jr. (34), a resident of Pennsauken.  He was charged with possession of CDS (heroin and cocaine) and driving on a suspended license.  He was released after processing.

 

March 27 (11:45 pm) Eleanor L. Brinegar (33), a resident of Bobwood Avenue, was arrested on Rt. 130 at Market Street by Sgt. Jim Little on warrants from Woodbury and Bellmawr.  She was released on bail after processing.

 

March 28 (2:43 pm) Jonuel O. Cruz-Roman (21), a resident of Pennsauken, was arrested in the parking lot of the Quality Inn on Rt. 130 by Ptl. Tim Ryder and Shea O’Donnell on a warrant from Delran.  After processing, he was turned over to Delran Police.

 

March 28 (3:00 pm) An investigation into prostitution activity at the Quality Inn on Rt. 130 by Det. Keith O’Donnell and DSgt. Carl DePoder led to the arrest of Kathleen A. Brodzik (26), a resident of Marlton (also known as “Jenny” and “Cherry”).  She was charged with promoting prostitution, possession of cds (heroin and crack cocaine) and possession of drug paraphernalia.  After processing, she was released.

 

March 30 (11:00 am) Michael F. Cobb (26), a resident of the 100 block of N. Sussex Street and Robert F. Kain (23), a resident of the 300 block of Walnut Avenue, were arrested on Rt. 130 at Market Street by Ptl. Shea O’Donnell and Sgt. Ken Iepson on outstanding warrants.  After processing, Kain was turned over to Moorestown Police and Cobb was remanded to Camden County Jail on a fugitive from justice warrant.

 

March 30 (1:40 pm) A traffic stop on Brown Street at Essex Street conducted by Det. Keith O’Donnell and DSgt. Carl DePoder resulted in the arrest of Jason L. Rusk (27), a resident of Monroeville.  He was charged with possession of CDS (marijuana) and possession of CDS with intent to distribute.  After processing, he was released.

 

March 30 (4:13 pm) Andrea M. Cebollero (30), a resident of the 600 block of Division Street, was arrested in the parking lot of the CVS on S. Broadway by Ptl. Tim Ryder.  She was charged with possession of CDS (heroin, crack cocaine, marijuana and prescription medication), possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of hypodermic syringes.  After processing, she was released.

 

March 30 (6:20 pm) Ptl. Blaise O’Donnell and K9 Demo responded to N. King Street at Monmouth for a report of an overdose.  Ptl. O’Donnell administered one dose of naloxone which had no effect.  Additional dosed were administered by EMS and the (29) year old male resident of the 200 block of Cumberland Street regained consciousness.  He was transported to an area hospital for further treatment.

 

 

In addition, officers conducted (81) traffic stops, (276) property/business checks and (13) school visits.  Officers made (23) arrests, investigated (6) motor vehicle crashes, (6) domestic disputes and impounded (2) abandoned vehicles.  Officers issued (40) criminal charges, (37) traffic citations and managed (349) calls for service between March 24th. and March 30th.
