West Deptford Police Department Crime Log February 7 through February 17

WESTDEPFORD NJ--The West Deptford Police Department released the C94153ac86958f57a367da39741ee598following crime report for the period of Feb. 7 through Feb. 17.

Arrests:

On 2.7.2017, Derek C. Garner, 23, of Camden was arrested on Wesley Avenue for possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, and outstanding warrants. He was unable to post bail and was remanded to the Salem County Correctional Facility.

On 2.8.2017, Jovan K. Austin, 22, of Turnersville was arrested on Crown Point Road for possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. He was released pending further court action.

On 2.8.2017, Dominic J. Cappolina, 24, of West Deptford was arrested on Grove Avenue for possession of marijuana. He was issued a summons and released pending further court action.

On 2.9.2017, Danielle N. Richardson, 30, of Westville and William F. Walker Jr., 26, of Deptford were arrested on Beach Hill Road. Richardson was charged with possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. She was issued summonses and released pending further court action. Walker was charged with possession of marijuana, failure to surrender CDS, and outstanding warrants. He satisfied bail requirements and was released pending further court action.

On 2.10.2017, Ricky R. Hornbach, 38, of West Deptford was arrested on Red Bank Avenue for possession of CDS and outstanding warrants. He satisfied bail requirements and was released pending further court action.

On 2.11.2017, Jeremy L. Dipasquale, 22, of Camden was arrested on Rt. 295 for outstanding warrants, possession of marijuana, and failure to surrender CDS. He was issued summonses and turned over to the Camden County Metro Police Department.

On 2.11.2017, John E. Conway III, 36, of West Deptford was arrested on Red Bank Avenue for driving while intoxicated following a motor vehicle crash. Conway was issued summonses and released pending further court action.

On 2.11.2017, Jessiealy C. Mansmann, 30, of Pleasantville, NJ was arrested on Crown Point Road for hindering apprehension, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of a hypodermic needle, and outstanding warrants. She was lodged in the Salem County Correctional Facility.

On 2.12.2017, Dennis K. Williams Jr., 28, of West Deptford was arrested on Brent Court for theft. He was issued a summons and released pending further court action.

On 2.12.2017, Nicholas A. Halter, 23, of Gibbstown was arrested on Crown Point Road for possession of certain bullets, possession of a large capacity ammunition magazine, possession of CDS, possession of marijuana, failure to surrender CDS, possession of drug paraphernalia, and outstanding warrants. Halter satisfied bail requirements and was released pending further court action.

On 2.13.2017, Shanelle N. Talley, 26, of Deptford was charged with public record fraud that occurred at the New Jersey Motor Vehicle Commission. She was issued a summons and further court action is pending.

On 2.15.2017, Dontah K. Pope, 22, of Paulsboro was arrested on Crown Point Road for hindering apprehension. He was issued a summons and released pending further court action.

On 2.15.17, John T. Giaccio, 53, of West Deptford was arrested on Grove Avenue for driving while intoxicated and possession of drug paraphernalia. He was issued summonses and released pending further court action.

On 2.15.2017, Laon T. Reid, 42, of Gibbstown was arrested on Red Bank Avenue for possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. He was issued a summons and released pending further court action.

On 2.15.2017, there was a report of a vehicle that was broken into on Lincoln Avenue with numerous items missing from the interior. A subsequent investigation lead to the arrest of Steven E. Plotts Jr., 20, of Deptford for burglary, theft, resisting arrest, and possession of drug paraphernalia. Plotts was remanded to the Salem County Correctional Facility.

On 2.16.2017, Corey M. Andrews, 43, of Mount Royal was arrested on Rt. 130 for possession of CDS. He was issued a summons and released pending further court action.

On 2.16.2017, Justin P. Foster, 18, of West Deptford was arrested on Red Bank Avenue for possession of drug paraphernalia. He was released pending further court action.

On 2.17.2017, Tyree D. Ellis, 24, of Clementon was charged with public record fraud that occurred at the New Jersey Motor Vehicle Commission. He was issued a summons and further court action is pending.

On 2.17.2017, Francisco Casiano, 27, of Vineland was arrested on Kings Highway for possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, and failure to surrender CDS. He was issued summonses and released pending further court action.

Other Incidents:

On 2.7.2017, patrols responded to Red Bank Run Apartments for a report of a burglary. It was reported that someone forced entry into an apartment and stole a television.

On 2.10.2017, it was reported that a residence on Riley Avenue had been burglarized. An unknown actor(s) had forced entry into the home, however, nothing was missing from within the residence.

On 2.11.2017, a resident from Carter Avenue reported that their unlocked vehicle was entered and a purse was stolen. The purse was located at a later time, however, numerous credit cards were removed and used at various businesses throughout South Jersey.

On 2.11.2017, it was reported that a boat was tampered with on Riverview Avenue. Unknown actor(s) attempted to remove items from the boat but were unsuccessful.

On 2.11.2017, a resident of Garrett Avenue reported that prescription medications were stolen from their residence.

On 2.11.2017, it was reported that an Apple Iphone was stolen from the Riverwinds Community Center.

On 2.12.2017, a resident of Parliament Way reported that their vehicle and residence were both burglarized. A purse was stolen from the interior of the residence.

On 2.12.2017, a resident of Third Avenue reported that $80.00 in cash was stolen from their residence.

On 2.16.2017, a resident of Myrtle Avenue reported that an unknown actor(s) entered their parked vehicle and rummaged through the interior. There was nothing reported missing.

On 2.17.2017, a resident of Wesley Avenue reported that an unknown actor(s) entered their vehicle and removed items from the interior. The total value of the missing property was reported to be $1,500.00.
