Constituent services continue to be my first and foremost focus. From helping our local veterans with access to VA healthcare to cutting through the bureaucratic red-tape at the Social Security Administration, my staff and I are ready to assist people who have problems with the federal government. Please refer to the “Serving You” section of my website for services my office can provide and contact the Mays Landing office at 609.625.5008 or 800.471.4450 if you are in need of assistance. (Reminder: All casework and personal information is protected under federal privacy laws.)

As always, you can post your thoughts on my Facebook or tweet to me @RepLoBiondo. And I’m on Instagram, posting photos from across South Jersey and when voting at the U.S. Capitol.

There is a lot of misinformation about the repeal and replace process for Obamacare. The vote on January 13, 2017 in Congress was only the first step to allow consideration of repealing and replacing Obamacare. As the process moves forward over the coming months, I am committed to providing greater access and making healthcare more affordable for all Americans and protecting Medicare and Social Security. I welcome your comments and concerns on Obamacare or any issue.

This week I joined with three of my colleagues to introduce bipartisan legislation that would require the Department of Defense to add cybersecurity as a category to an existing database that tracks the specialties and capabilities - such as engineering or aviation - of National Guard and Reserve units, such as the 177th Fighter Wing in Egg Harbor Township. I strongly believe it is imperative all resources at our disposal are utilized in a coordinated, sustained response to defend our nation against daily cyber-attacks from hostile actors at home and abroad.

Appreciated the thoughtful policy questions and conversation with students of Stockton University during their visit to Washington in January. Plan your visit to the Capitol here.
