GLOUCESTER CITY NJ (December 29, 2016) | CNBNewsnet--Officers from the Gloucester City Police Department (GCPD) were called to the 200 unit block of North Willow
Street on Wednesday, December 21 at 4:36 PM for a report of two males fighting. According to police upon arrival, the males were no longer fighting. It was determined that the males, in their 30’s, were having a disagreement about a missing PS4 paddle when one of the males spat in the other’s face. The male who was spat on stated he then apparently blacked out and began to do kung fu and backflips. He told police that during this blackout, he damaged the other male’s fence.
Police said neither male wished to sign complaints and the male who blacked out agreed to fix the fence.

December 16 (7:12 pm)A traffic stop on N. Johnson Blvd at Chambers Street resulted in the arrest of Justin C. Frazier (41), a resident of Turnersville. He was arrested due to the fact he had outstanding warrants for his arrest and was additionally charged with driving on a suspended license. He was later released on bail.
December 18 (9:40 am)Jimmy E. Ricks (29), a resident of Cedarwood Avenue, was arrested on Broadway at Monmouth Street due to the fact he had an outstanding warrant for his arrest. He was later released on bail.
December 18 (9:50 am)A traffic stop on Rt. 130 at Market Street resulted in the arrest of Ernest Hill (44), a resident of Camden. December 18 (12:34 pm)An officer responded to the Wawa on Market Street for a reported shoplifting. An employee reported a male suspect had concealed seventeen energy drinks in his backpack and attempted to leave the store without paying. A customer confronted the suspect and he dropped the backpack before fleeing from the scene. Surveillance video was recovered and the suspect was positively identified by detectives. Francis J. Paradise 3rd, a resident of Annwood Avenue, was charged with shoplifting.
December 18 (11:55 pm)Officers were dispatched to Powell Street at Stites Avenue for a reported motor vehicle crash. Upon arrival, it was determined the driver had struck two parked vehicles and she was driving under the influence. Subsequently, Serita R. Giordano (39), a resident of Moorestown, was arrested and charged with D.U.I., possession of CDS (heroin), obstruction of justice and tampering with evidence.
December 19 (10:53 am)An employee of Park Avenue Auto Sales on Rt. 130 reported sometime overnight a green 1996 Jeep Grand Cherokee was stolen from the sales lot. The investigation is ongoing.
December 19 (11:16 am)A resident of Baynes Avenue reported sometime overnight, unknown person(s) broke a window on her vehicle parked in her driveway and stole money from the center console. An inflatable reindeer was also stolen from the front porch. The investigation is ongoing.
December 19 (5:55 pm)A resident from Center Street reported sometime during the previous two days, unknown person(s) removed a headlight assembly from her vehicle that was parked on the street. The investigation is ongoing.
December 20 (9:40 am)Bobbie S. Cox (34), a resident of the 200 block of Somerset Street, was arrested outside of Gloucester City Municipal Court for disorderly conduct. She was later released.
December 20 (2:20 pm)A traffic stop on Middlesex Street at Railroad Avenue resulted in the arrests of the following individuals: The driver, Joseph D. Jensen (45), a resident of Sicklerville, was found to have an outstanding warrant for his arrest and was driving on a suspended license. He was later released on bail. The passenger, Erica J. Martorano (35), a resident of Sicklerville, was charged with possession of CDS (heroin) and possession of drug paraphernalia.
December 23 (3:55 pm)A traffic stop on Nicholson Road at Princeton Avenue resulted in the arrests of the following individuals: The driver, Jeffrey Ramage (35), a resident of Princeton Avenue, was found to be driving on a suspended license and was charged with possession of a hypodermic syringe. The passenger, Jaclyn Miller (34), a resident of Princeton Avenue, was found to have an outstanding warrant for her arrest and was charged hindering her own apprehension after supplying the officer with a false name.
December 23 (5:50 pm)Kevin D. Good (29), a resident of Brooklawn, was arrested in the 100 block of N. Broadway due to the fact he had an outstanding warrant for his arrest. He was later released on bail.
December 23 (10:59 pm)A traffic stop on Collings Avenue at Essex Street resulted in the arrest of Luis A. Baez (28), a resident of Camden. He was charged with possession of CDS (marijuana and prescription medication) and driving on a suspended license.
December 24 (11:12 pm)An officer responded to the Liquor Barn on Rt. 130 for a reported shoplifting. Upon arrival, it was reported a female and two males entered the store, placed a bottle of bourbon in a backpack and left the store without paying. Surveillance video had been obtained and the investigation is ongoing.
December 25 (8:33 am)A resident of the 200 block of S. Johnson Blvd. reported sometime overnight, unknown person(s) burglarized his unlocked vehicle and ransacked the interior. Nothing was reported stolen and the investigation is ongoing.
December 25 (4:01 pm)A resident of Westville reported the rear window of his vehicle was broken while parked in the 200 block of 4th. Street sometime during the previous hour.
December 25 (8:31 pm)A resident of Springdale Avenue reported an unknown person burglarized his unlocked vehicle at 3:30 am on this date and stole items from inside. The resident had surveillance video of the burglary and the investigation is ongoing.
December 26 (11:20 am)A resident of the 500 block of Sherwood Avenue reported sometime between 2 am and 8 am on December 25th. unknown person(s) burglarized two of his unlocked vehicles. The interiors of the vehicles were ransacked but nothing was stolen. The investigation is ongoing.
December 27 (7:59 am)A resident of Sparks Avenue reported sometime between 8 pm on December 26th. and the time of this report, unknown person(s) broke the rear window of her vehicle. The investigation is ongoing.
December 27 (1:10 pm)A traffic stop on N. Burlington Street at Hudson Street resulted in the arrests of the following individuals: The driver, Norman M. Alston (42), a resident of Sicklerville, was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia and later released. The passenger, David A. Armstrong (28), a resident of the unit block of N. Burlington Street, was found to have an active warrant for his arrest. He was additionally charged with possession of CDS (crack cocaine) and remanded to Camden County Jail after failing to post bail.
December 28 (1:10 pm)Jacqueline R. Kittell (37), a resident of the 300 block of Hudson Street, was arrested on Middlesex Street at Sussex Street due to the fact she had an outstanding warrant for her arrest. He was later released on bail.
