Winslow Police Investigating Deadly Crash

WINSLOW TOWNSHIP N.J. November 24, 2016--Winslow Police are investigating a head-on motor vehicle crash that happened Thursday morning, November 24,  on Williamstown Road in the Sicklerville section of Winslow Township. The collision took the lives of two people. Police said two more have been hospitalized.

According to police, Joel Hutton, 23, of Berlin, and Janiyah Conquest, 19, of Sicklerville, were killed in an accident along Williamstown Road. Jillian Farrell, 19, of Williamstown, and another passenger involved in the crash were both hospitalized, police say.

Authorities say, Hutton, who was driving a 2003 Chevrolet Malibu westbound along Williamstown Road toward the Sicklerville section of Winslow, crossed over the center line into eastbound traffic. Farrell, who was driving a 2014 Honda Civic eastbound along Williamstown Road, collided head-on with Hutton's vehicle, police said.

 

According to the report, Conquest was ejected from Hutton's vehicle. She was pronounced dead at the scene. Hutton also succumbed to his injuries and died at the scene. Farrell and a passenger who was in her Hutton's vehicle were both transported to Cooper University Hospital in Camden.
