CNB Crime: Gloucester County Authorities Arrest Fugitives

WOODBURY N.J. --A Glassboro man charged with child sexual assault and a Mullica Hill man who was a Drug Court defendant after a robbery charge were arrested as fugitives Monday (11/14) by officers of the Gloucester County Prosecutor’s Office after failing to appear at scheduled court hearings.
Members of the GCPO Fugitive Investigations Unit took Stacy B. Harden (DOB 2/5/96) into custody at his Glassboro residence. He did not appear for an 11/3/16 pre-arraignment conference on a second-degree sexual assault charge. He is accused of sexually assaulting a minor between 13 and 16 years old in Glassboro on 3/1/14.
Also arrested Monday by FIU officers was Mark A. Tymusczuk (DOB 11/14/16), on a warrant for failing to appear in Drug Court on 11/2/16 on a charge of second-degree conspiracy to commit robbery. He was apprehended at his Mullica Hill residence. Tymusczuk is accused of involvement in a 6/2/16 robbery at a store in Deptford NJ.
