NJ (November 28, 2016)--On Sunday, November 27 at approximately 12:27pm, Voorhees Police Officer Mark Paranto initiated a motor vehicle stop on northbound Route 73 and Kresson Road on a gold Honda Civic for an equipment violation. The driver of the vehicle failed to stop, proceeded onto the shoulder of Route 73 and increased speed. Subsequent police investigation revealed the driver, identified as James C. According to climate data from the National Weather Service, the New Jersey region continues to run a precipitation deficit of 9 to 12 inches this year. This is alarming because currently 12 of our state’s reservoirs are operating at about 52 percent of their full capacity of 70.6 billion gallons of water.
