Obituary: Mary R. Hunter of Gloucester City

On October 28, 2016, (nee Abele) of Gloucester City, NJ, age 73. She was the beloved wife of the late Richard W. Hunter III, loving

She was the beloved wife of the late Richard W. Hunter III, loving mother of Brenda Kudrick (Michael), Mary Lucas, Geraldine Dellman, Norman Burkett, and the later Terry and Billy Hunter. She was the dear the dear sister of Ronald (Rosetta), Donald (Sharon) and Edward (Anne) Abele and John Angel (Linda). She is also survived by her fiancé Charles Beswick, Sr., many grandchildren, great grandchildren and her godchild.

Mary was a member of the Townsend C. Young VFW Post #3620 Ladies Auxiliary, the Gloucester City Fire Dept. Ladies Auxiliary and was a member of Paulsboro Moose Lodge 2585.

Relatives and friends are invited to meet Thursday from 7:00 to 9:00 PM and again Friday from 10:00 to 11:00 AM at the ETHERINGTON-CRERAN FUNERAL HOME, 700 POWELL ST., GLOUCESTER CITY, NJ. Mary’s funeral service will be held Friday, 11:00 AM at the funeral home. Interment will follow at Bethel Cemetery, Hurffville, NJ. In lieu of flowers Mary’s family would appreciate memorial donations be made to the American Cancer Society, 1851 Old Cuthbert Rd., Cherry Hill, NJ 08034
