Court: Lenni-Lenape civil rights suit against N.J. AG can proceed

CAMDEN -- A federal court judge has ruled a federal civil rights lawsuit brought by the Nanticoke Lenni-Lenape Tribe against New Jersey's Attorney General's Office can proceed.
