WESTVILLE NJ- Could it be a Halloween Ghost is haunting theWestville water tower? It sure looked that way last week especially after we doctored the photo with a few graphics.
The River Road tower was draped in a white canvas as workers were sandblasting the structure preparing it for painting. The work is being done by Beckett Enterprizes,of Malaga NJ, the low bidder at a cost of $149,000.
Donna Domico, Westville Public Works Manager, said the job should be done by the end of October, weather permitting. "The last time it was painted was in 1996," she said.
