WESTVILLE NJ- Could it be a Halloween Ghost is haunting the
Westville water tower? It sure looked that way last week especially after we doctored the photo with a few graphics. The River Road tower was draped in a white canvas as workers were sandblasting the structure preparing it for painting. The work is being done by Beckett Enterprizes,of Malaga NJ, the low bidder at a cost of $149,000.
Donna Domico, Westville Public Works Manager, said the job should be done by the end of October, weather permitting. "The last time it was painted was in 1996," she said.
If you have a Halloween caption for the photo's please comment below.
