BROOKLYN, NY (07/29/2016)-- Pratt Institute congratulates nealy 1,000 new alumni who were awarded degrees at the Institute's 127th Annual Commencement ceremony at Radio City Music Hall on May 17, 2016.
Ariel Davis of Marlton (08053) received a degree in UG Communications Design.
Jacob Gavigan of Vineland (08361) received a degree in Grad Center for Planning.
Erin Kelly of Collingswood (08107) received a degree in UG Communications Design.
Jennifer MacQuade of Mount Laurel (08054) received a degree in Photography.
Christie Mealo of Ventnor City (08406) received a degree in GR Communications/Package Des.
Daisy Meng of Voorhees (08043) received a degree in Architecture.
Larissa Naegele of Wall (07719) received a degree in Industrial Design.
Brittany Sauta of Wall Township (07719) received a degree in Art and Design Education.
Celebrated artist and Pratt alumna Kay WalkingStick (M.F.A. '75) delivered the commencement address. Honorary degrees were awarded to WalkingStick (Doctor of Fine Arts); Adam D. Weinberg, Alice Pratt Brown director of the Whitney Museum of American Art (Doctor of Humane Letters); and boundary-pushing painter and Pratt alumnus Terry Winters (B.F.A. '71) (Doctor of Fine Arts) at the ceremony. School of Architecture Adjunct Associate Professor of Graduate Architecture and Urban Design Jason Vigneri-Beane received the Pratt Institute Distinguished Teacher Award.
