DOUBLE HOMICIDE! The Death Toll Continues to Climb in Deadly Camden

(CNBNews.net)CAMDEN CITY N.J. April 4,2016--Camden County Prosecutor Mary Eva Colalillo Unknown
and Camden County Police Chief Scott Thomson reported a double homicide in the city today.

Camden County Police responded at approximately 1:42 p.m. on Monday to the unit block of N. 26th Street in Camden in reference to a 911 call.

Officers arrived and located a male victim, John Valerio, 23, and a female victim, Aleshia Hill, 25, both suffering from gunshot wounds inside the house. Both victims were residing in Camden.

They both were pronounced deceased at the scene at approximately 2:02 p.m.

The investigation into the shootings is ongoing. No arrests have been made at this time.

Besides today's double homicide there has been two homicides in Camden since April 1, and there were three murders reported in the month of March.
