Voorhees, NJ – In today's fast-paced, often distracting world, mindfulness can help people live their lives with greater awareness and balance. Join us Tuesdays, May 10, 17, 24 and 31 to learn a variety of everyday mindfulness and meditation techniques that can help you address life’s stresses with greater acceptance, patience and compassion.
All classes are held from 6:30 – 8 p.m. at the Kennedy Center at Voorhees, 1099 White Horse Road, and are moderated by Mindfulness Instructor Linda Townshend, who is trained in mindfulness-based stress reduction.
