Suddenly, On April 16, 2016. Age 29. Devoted mother of Alturo Daiz, Jr., Ernestino Daiz and Peyton Sharp. Cherished daughter of Jacqueline P. Burdick and the late Michael Burdick. Beloved significant other Alturo Daiz, Sr. Dear Sister of Jennifer LaScala and the late Kelley Burdick.
Jacqueline was a 2004 Graduate of Gloucester City High School. Services are private at the request of the family.
