On February 20, 2016 at home in Audubon, NJ and also a former resident of Ocean City, NJ. Age 90 years.
Beloved husband of the late Rita M. Sikora. Loving father of Margaret (Thomas) Wigglesworth of Galloway, NJ, Charles A. (Holly) Sikora, III of Sicklerville, NJ, Barbara (Martin) Baumgartner of Mt. Ephraim, NJ and Joseph (Shirley) Sikora of Venice, FL. Devoted grandfather of Charles IV, Christopher, Amanda (Dan), Michael, Jeannine and the late William. Dear brother of Helen Sikora, the late Elaine Smith and the late Mary Jane Beaumont. A special thanks to his caregiver, Michael for his years of care and friendship.
Mr. Sikora was a World War II U.S. Air Force veteran, serving as a turret gunner on a B17, 303 Bomb Group, Hell's Angels. He retired after many years as a purchasing agent in the electronics industry. Charles and Rita were former longtime parishioners of Holy Maternity Catholic Church in Audubon. Later in life, he especially enjoyed senior lunches at the Salvation Army.
Relatives and friend are invited to attend his viewing on Friday 9:30 to 10:45 AM at St. Joseph the Worker Parish, St. Vincent Pallotti Church, 901 Hopkins Rd., Haddon Twp., NJ. Mass of Christian Burial will follow at 11 AM. Interment with military honors at Camden County Veterans Cemetery, Harleigh Cemetery, Camden.
