As I see Gloucester City care more and more about children's physical fitness and recreation sports, I wonder if we could do more for adults. A theme that has been popping up around the country is outdoor fitness and gym equipment at public parks. The equipment is surprisingly affordable and easy to maintain.

Putting this Outdoor fitness center in the middle of the jogging track on Johnson Blvd, would allow parents to get a workout in while there children play at the nearby playground, or participate in any of the city sports right down the street. This affordable equipment can help city residents enjoy the outdoors while taking care of they're fitness.

Equipment manufacturers have bundle packages, and could even be set up as different stations around the track.
