Dog grooming business accused of paralyzing 6-year-old terrier

According to the SPCA Humane Police, hours after Ozzie was taken for his grooming appointment on the morning of May 13, the groomer called the owner to say the dog was all set to go home.
After Ozzie's owner gave the groomer a check for the grooming, the staff carried Ozzie out to the car, police said. When the owner asked why they were carrying him, the staff reportedly told the owner that Ozzie had "injured his back or broke his leg."
