CNB Crime: Four Pennsylvania Men Arrested for Child Pornography

HARRISBURG – Attorney General Kathleen G. Kane today announced the arrest of four Pennsylvania men on unrelated charges of child pornography.
The latest arrests occurred over the past week in Allegheny, Lehigh, and Westmoreland Counties. The defendants are:
- Matthew P. McClure, 28, 246 Amity Rd., Ross Township, Allegheny County;
- Kirby R. Hower, 33, 525 Jefferson St., Whitehall, Lehigh County;
- Timothy Dionisi, Jr., 22, 112 Hays St., Apt. 301, Derry, Westmoreland County; and
- Kenneth W. Hensley, 27, 211 W. 4th St., Greensburg, Westmoreland County.
Matthew P. McClure of Allegheny County
Agents with the Attorney General’s Child Predator Section arrested Matthew McClure in Ross Township on Tuesday. McClure is accused of possessing and distributing child pornography using a peer-to-peer file sharing network.
During an undercover investigation into the online distribution of child pornography in March, agents found a file that depicted a graphic image of a child. The IP address associated with this activity was identified as a residence on Amity Road in Ross Township.
Upon executing a search warrant at McClure’s residence, agents with the Attorney General’s Computer Forensic Unit found a computer with multiple images of child pornography.
McClure was arrested and charged with one count each of distribution of child pornography, possession of child pornography and criminal use of a communications facility.
He is confined to the Allegheny County Jail after failing to post bail. His preliminary hearing is tentatively scheduled for May 27, 2015.
Attorney General Kane thanked the Ross Township Police Department for their assistance with McClure's arrest.
McClure will be prosecuted by Deputy Attorney General Anthony Marmo of the Child Predator Section.
Kirby R. Hower of Lehigh County
Kirby Hower was arrested on May 14, 2015, following an undercover investigation into the dissemination of child pornography.
Agents, who were conducting an online investigation, identified a computer on a peer-to-peer network sharing media files believed to depict child pornography. Hower’s Lehigh County residence was identified as the source.
Agents from the Office of Attorney General executed a search warrant at 525 Jefferson St., Whitehall, Lehigh County. During the search, agents from the OAG Computer Forensics Unit previewed Hower’s computer and found multiple images of child pornography.
Hower is charged with five counts of distribution of child pornography, 30 counts of possession of child pornography and one count of criminal use of a communications facility.
He is confined to the Lehigh County Jail after failing to post bail. Hower will be prosecuted by Deputy Attorney General Rebecca Elo of the Child Predator Section.
Timothy A. Dionisi of Westmoreland County
Acting on a report from Microsoft Corporation to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children, agents from the Attorney General’s Child Predator Section conducted an investigation into the online sharing of child pornography.
The investigation led to the home of Timothy A. Dionisi, Jr., 22, 112 Hays Street, Apt. 301, Derry, Westmoreland County. OAG agents and the Derry Borough Police Department executed a search warrant on Monday, and located a laptop computer which was previewed by the Computer Forensics Unit.
A preliminary examination revealed numerous files of child pornography.
Dionisi was arrested and charged with 11 counts of possession of child pornography and one count of criminal use of a communications facility.
He was confined to the Westmoreland County Prison after failing to post bail. A preliminary hearing is tentatively scheduled for May 27, 2015.
Attorney General Kane thanked the Allegheny County District Attorneys Office and the Derry Borough Police Department for assisting with Dionisi's arrest.
Dionisi will be prosecuted by Deputy Attorney General Anthony Marmo of the Child Predator Section.
Kenneth W. Hensley of Westmoreland County
During an investigation into the online sexual abuse of children, agents discovered child pornography distributed through a peer-to-peer file sharing network.
The investigation led to Hensley’s Westmoreland County residence. Agents with the Office of Attorney General’s Child Predator Section and the Greensburg Police Department executed a search warrant on Monday, and located multiple media devices which were previewed by the Computer Forensics Unit.
A preliminary examination of the devices revealed numerous images of child pornography.
Hensley was placed under arrest and charged with four counts of possession of child pornography, one count of distribution of child pornography and one count of criminal use of a communications facility.
He was confined to the Westmoreland County Prison after failing to post bail. A preliminary hearing is scheduled for May 28, 2015.
Attorney General Kane thanked the Greensburg Police Department for assisting with Hensley’s arrest.
Hensley will be prosecuted by Deputy Attorney General Anthony Marmo of the Child Predator Section.
