CNB MEDICAL NEWS: Area Breast Cancer Patients and Survivors Invited to ‘Fit for a Queen’

– a Free Mastectomy and Lumpectomy Fitting Event, May 14th

When: Thursday, May 14, 4:30 to 6 p.m. (Light refreshments)

What: Certified mastectomy fitters Mary Price, RN, BSN, CMF, and Jennifer Chiarello, CMF, are holding a private fitting event for women who have had lumpectomy or mastectomy surgery. Mary and Jennifer will work individually with attendees in the privacy of the Center for Hope & Healing to address their specific needs. Bras, swimsuits and active wear will be available for purchase, and a portion of the proceeds from prosthetic garments sold will be donated to the Kennedy Center for Hope & Healing Patient Assistance Fund. Registration is required, as space is limited. Please register online at: www.kennedycancer.org

Kennedy is an integrated health delivery system that meets the community’s healthcare needs with services at its hospital campuses in Cherry Hill, Stratford and Washington Township and at outpatient facilities throughout Camden and Gloucester counties.
