Joseph A. Genovese, Jr., on February 22, 2015, of Williamstown; formerly of Gloucester City. Age 55.

Beloved son of Cecelia Carter and Joseph A. Genovese, Sr. (Alice). Dear brother of Michael A. (Cynthia) and Stephen A. (Juliet). Uncle of Stephen G., Paulina A., and Kristina K. Genovese and Billy Maiese. Nephew of George Wilson, Jr.

Joseph was a graduate of Gloucester City High School, Class of 1977. He served in the U.S. Army in Germany. He was a member of American Legion Post #252, Williamstown. Joseph also worked with Toys for Tots and the Stand Down Group. Family and friends are invited to a Memorial Service 11am Thursday at Trinity Lutheran Church, 200 E. Clements Bridge Road, Runnemede, NJ 08078. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Joseph’s name to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105 or to Fox Chase Cancer Center, 333 Cottman Ave., Phila., PA 19111.
