            GTI Travel, Inc., a local company, has been honored by the Senate of Pennsylvania.

SAFE TRAVEL HONORS: GTI Travel Corp., 111 Township Line Road, Jenkintown, Pa., was commended by the Pennsylvania Senate recently for marking the firms coming 50th anniversary, and specifically for "coordinating safe travel for tens of thousands of American business men and women to destinations throughout the world".             The firm, with headquarters at 111 Township Line Road, Jenkintown, Penna., was commended for "being in the forefront of providing expeditious and cost-saving services to a wide variety of businesses, large and small, in all 50 states."

            Further, the official honor cited GTI Travel, under the leadership of founder and President Michael Kabo, for "coordinating safe travel for tens of thousands of American business men and women to destinations throughout the world."

            GTI Travel, Inc. will soon be marking its 50th year in business. 

            The official recognition was sponsored by Pennsylvania Senator Art Haywood.
