On January 13, 2015, at 7:11 pm, an employee, a 44 year-old male, of Steven’s Grocery Store at 2963 D Street was behind the counter talking to a witness when two unknown males entered the store. Once inside suspect #1 placed a handgun to the witness’s head while suspect #2 attempted to go behind counter when the employee pulled his firearm firing it at the suspects approx three times. During this time, the victim was shot in his shoulder. Both suspects then fled store on foot in separate directions. The employee was transported to Temple Hospital where he was listed in stable condition. Nothing was taken from store.

• Suspect Description:
  Suspect #1: Male, unknown race, wearing a black coat, blue hooded sweatshirt, gray sweatpants, and armed with a handgun.
  Suspect #2: Male, unknown race, wearing a gray hooded sweatshirt with a pocket on the left sleeve, and blue jeans.
