PHILADELPHIA CRIME ALERT: Thug Knocks Out Man with a Sucker Punch, Thieves Steal Personal Items from Unconscious Victim (VIDEO)

Central Detective Division is asking for the public’s assistance in identifying the suspects wanted for a robbery in Logan Circle.

PHILADELPHIA PA (JANUARY 8, 2015)On December 20, 2014, at 1:50 am, the complainant, a 42 year-old male, was walking west on the 1700 block of John F Kennedy Boulevard when he was approached by two unknown males when one of the suspects engaged the complainant in a conversation. During the conversation, the complainant pulled his iPhone when a second unknown white ran up to the complainant knocking him unconscious. When complainant regained consciousness he realized his cell phone, wallet, watch, and money was missing. The complainant was transported to Hahnemann Hospital where he was treated for a laceration to his right ear lobe and a contusion to the back of his head and released.


Approximately ten minutes after the robbery, the suspects were observed using the complainant’s debit card at a 7-Eleven store located at 1319 Market Street. Later in the morning the same suspects again used the complainant’s debit card at another 7-Eleven located at 1500 John F Kennedy Boulevard and a Wawa located at 1750 Arch Street.

      Suspect #1: 
      Black male, 30 years-of-age, 5’6″-5’8″, thin build, short goatee, wearing a black zip-up hooded sweatshirt, dark colored pants, and light colored sneakers.
      Suspect #2: 
      Black male, 20-30 years-of-age, 5’9″-6’0″, medium build, wearing a black jacket with a light colored hooded sweatshirt underneath, dark colored pants, and distinctive red over white colored sneakers.
