RE: TRAIN TRAFFIC & HORN NOISE, VOLUNTEERS NEEDED TO COUNT FREIGHT CARS | cnbnews

Dear Residents of Gloucester City,

Unknown-1I heard back from Mr. Bevan, the spokes person for Gloucester City. He said the Federal Railroad Association (FRA) has instructed us to do a freight car and truck count at the railway crossings through the city. We are definitely moving forward.

If you know of anybody that would like to volunteer to assist with the freight car counting please contact me. I have the paperwork and instructions.

It consist of counting the cars during a "Rush Hour" period which would be considered 6:30 to 9:00 AM and 4:30 to 7:00PM  for each street.

Send your name and contact information to morgan@gloucestercity.info

Thank you.

Regards,
