Bicylce Thefts Top Gloucester City Police Dept. Crime Report for the period of Sept. 13th to 19th

Gloucester City CRIME REPORT September 13th. – September 19th.

September 13 (3:48 pm) A resident of the 800 block of Bertwood Avenue reported his bicycle was stolen sometime during the day from the side of his residence.

September 13 (12:48 pm) A resident of the 200 block of Morris Street reported sometime overnight a bicycle was stolen from the rear yard of the residence.

September 13 (10:40 am) A resident from the unit block of S. Sussex Street reported sometime overnight, two bicycles were stolen from the rear yard of the residence.

September 14 (2:00 pm) A resident of the 300 block of Nicholson Road reported sometime overnight his bicycle was stolen from the rear yard of the residence.

September 14 (1:00 pm) A resident of the 300 block of Hudson Street reported a bicycle was stolen from the rear yard of the residence.

September 14 (1:29 pm) A resident of the 800 block of Mercer Street reported sometime overnight unknown person(s) burglarized his work truck and stole over $2,000 worth of tools. The investigation is ongoing.

September 15 (2:24 pm) A patrol officer observed a male in the 400 block of Monmouth Street who was the target of the investigation into the bicycle thefts earlier in the week. The officer observed the male enter the fenced in yard of a residence in that block, walk up on the porch and approach a bicycle. When the officer approached the suspect he fled on foot. After a brief foot pursuit, the officer caught the suspect in the 100 block of S. Sussex Street and placed him under arrest, after a short struggle. Wayne O. Orsini (20), a resident of the 900 block of Monmouth Street, was charged with defiant trespass, resisting arrest and possession of drug paraphernalia. He was later remanded to Camden County Jail after failing to post $10,000 bail.

September 15 (11:40 pm) Michael A. Fels (29), a resident of the 300 block of Essex Street, was arrested in the 300 block of Essex Street for disorderly conduct.

September 15 (1:46 am) Officers responded to an alarm call at a business in the 400 block of N. Broadway. Upon arrival, officers found a window had been broken and the business had been burglarized. The investigation is ongoing.

September 16 (5:18 pm) Officers responded to the area of N. Filmore Street and Warren Street for a report of s suspicious vehicle occupied by two individuals. Further investigation resulted in the arrests of the following individuals: Jamie L. Brayman (34), a resident of Woodbury, was charged with possession of CDS (heroin) and possession of drug paraphernalia. Jamie R. Aber (36), a resident of the 100 block of S. Filmore Street was charged with possession of CDS (heroin) and possession of drug paraphernalia.

September 16 (4:19 pm) Amos L. Davis 4th. (20), a resident of the 200 block of Monmouth Street, was arrested on Broadway at Champion Road for bench warrants and driving on a suspended license. He was later released on bail.

September 16 (11:05 am) A resident of the 500 block of N. Brown Street reported a male had just stolen her bike from her rear yard. A description of the male suspect and a female that was with him was broadcast and a short time later a patrol officer located both suspects in the parking lot at Gloucester City High School and the stolen bike was recovered. Eric D. Jones (19), a resident of Camden, was charged with defiant trespass and theft. Denyshia L. Turner (18), a resident of Brooklawn, was charged with defiant trespass, disorderly conduct and possession of drug paraphernalia.

September 17 (6:00 pm) Robert Keifrieder Jr. (41), a resident of the 300 block of Warren Street, was arrested at his residence for bench warrants. He was later released on bail.

September 17 (6:00 pm) John A. Greene (28), a resident of Maple Shade, was arrested on Monmouth Street at Burlington Street for bench warrants. He was later released on bail.

September 17 (3:44 pm) Alexander T. Park (49), a resident of the 300 block of Market Street, was arrested at his residence for bench warrants. He was later released on bail.

September 18 (7:30 pm) The owner of a garage in the 400 block of N. Filmore Street reported his garage was burglarized. The investigation is ongoing.

September 18 (6:20 pm) Lance M. Little (54), a resident of Camden, was arrested in the Quality Inn parking lot for bench warrants. He was later released on bail.

September 18 (2:15 pm) William A. Blumberg (26), a resident of Oaklyn, was arrested in the 100 block of S. King Street for defiant trespass.

In addition, Officers responded to (8) Domestic Violence incidents, (6) motor vehicle crashes and made a total of (23) arrests during this time period.

THOSE CHARGED ARE PRESUMED INNOCENT UNTIL PROVEN OTHERWISE
