CRIME: Ocean View man charged with theft at Delaware Seashore State Park

REHOBOTH BEACH (Aug. 25, 2014) – Following an investigation into a criminal mischief case at Delaware Seashore State Park, DNREC Natural Resources Police, Delaware State Parks Enforcement rangers on Aug. 22 arrested Bryce L. Coviello, 26, of Ocean View. He was charged with 16 counts of misdemeanor theft under $1,000, 16 counts of misdemeanor conspiracy to commit theft, and one felony count of possession of burglary tools. A second arrest in the case is pending, according to Parks Enforcement Chief Wayne Kline.
Coviello was arraigned in Justice of the Peace Court 3 in Georgetown, released on $19,000 unsecured bond and ordered to have no contact with any state parks or other DNREC-administered state lands, pending trial at a later date.
