Authorities Search for Information in Gloucester Township Killing

20140630130335ENPRN122238-NIAAA-Summer-Safety-Photo-1y-1404133415MRCAMDEN CITY NJ--Camden County Prosecutor Mary Eva Colalillo and Gloucester Township Police Chief Harry Earle are seeking the public’s assistance in solving the killing of a Gloucester Township man.

Kareem Coleman. M/29, of Gloucester Township, was shot at his home in the Millbridge Apartments shortly after 2 am on April 20, 2014.

A $1,000 reward is available for information leading to his arrest and conviction.

 

 Camden County Prosecutor’s Office detectives and Gloucester Township police canvassed the apartment complex where Coleman lived handing out flyers and speaking with residents. About 30 members of Coleman’s family accompanied law enforcement to show their solidarity in the face of loss. They spoke of Coleman’s aspirations to become a firefighter. In June, his family received a letter notifying them that Coleman had successfully passed the civil service examination for firefighters, the first step on the path to becoming a career firefighter..
