41 People Arrested in Gloucester City Over Six- Day- Period; Bench Warrants & CDS Charges

Gloucester City Police Crime Report July 18th – July 24th
July 18 (10:48 am) The women’s restroom at the Gloucester City Marina was found to have been vandalized and several pieces of stainless steel fixtures were reported missing. The investigation is ongoing.
July18 (7:19 pm) A motor vehicle stop on Broadway at Ridgeway Street led to the arrests of the following individuals: Samuel I. Vukicevich (18), a resident of Glassboro, was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia. A 17 year old male from Brooklawn was taken into custody and charged with possession of CDS (marijuana) and possession of drug paraphernalia.
July 18 (9:34 pm) An officer responded to Dollar General on S. Broadway for a reported shoplifting. As a result, Kimberly M. Smith (25), a resident of Brooklawn, was arrested and charged with shoplifting, bail jumping and bench warrants. She was later released on bail. Thomas M. Culligan (27), a resident of Brooklawn, was arrested and charged with bail jumping and bench warrants. He was later released on bail.
July 19 (6:45 pm) Marquise L. Willis-Brown (18), a resident of Camden, was arrested on Broadway at Morris Street for bench warrants. He was later released on bail.
July 19 (8:43 pm) Stephen W. Ferrell (39), a resident of the 400 block of Middlesex Street, was arrested at his residence for bench warrants. He was later remanded to Camden County Jail after failing to post bail.
July 19 (11:38 pm) Michael R. Jeffries (27), a resident of the 600 block of Powell Street, was arrested on Burlington Street for bench warrants and possession of drug paraphernalia. He was later remanded to Camden County Jail after failing to post bail.
July 20 (12:42 am) Thomas J. Casino Jr. (39), a resident of Berlin, was arrested on Broadway at Hudson Street for bench warrants. He was later released on bail.
July 20 (2:12 pm) Roger B. Johnson (45), a resident of Westville, was arrested as a result of a car stop on Rt. 130 South at Market Street for driving while intoxicated. He was additionally charged with refusal to take the breath test, careless driving and driving while suspended.
July 23 (1:54 am) Officers checking a vacant property in the 300 block of Ridgeway Street observed marijuana plants growing in an adjacent yard of an occupied residence. Further investigation led to the arrest of Anthony M. Spinogatti (55), a resident of the 300 block of Ridgeway Street. He was charged with manufacturing a controlled dangerous substance after five marijuana plants were seized.
July 22 (5:30 pm) Drew T. Michael (19), a resident of the 300 block of Monmouth Street, was arrested on Broadway at King Street for possession of CDS (heroin).
July 23 (6:30 pm) Benjamin G. Doherty (47), a resident of Mt. Ephraim, was arrested on Broadway at Morris Street for possession of CDS (marijuana).
July 23 (6:33 pm) Nicole L. Messina (30), a resident of Deptford, was arrested on Broadway at Middlesex Street for possession of CDS (crack cocaine).
July 23 (11:59 pm) Michael J. Ulak (28), a resident of Beechwood Avenue, was arrested on Broadway at Middlesex Street for bench warrants. He was later released on bail.
July 24 (11:27 pm) Rocky Wiseman (35), a resident of the 700 block of Jersey Avenue, was arrested on Broadway at Center Street for possession of CDS (prescription medication).
July 24 (7:49 pm) Keith B. Hunsinger (24), a resident of the Budget Motel, was arrested on Collings Avenue at Essex Street for possession of CDS (marijuana) and bench warrants. He was later released on bail.
In addition, Officers responded to (9) Domestic Violence incidents, (8) motor vehicle crashes and made a total of (41) arrests during this time period.
