A 19-year-old man and another in his 20s are now in custody as persons of interest over a carjacking that killed three young siblings in Philadelphia on Friday. Police in North Philadelphia say they used finger prints from the stolen SUV - which rammed into a family selling fruit for their church - as well as a bloody t-shirt found near the crash scene, to locate the suspects.
