Striking Member of Local 542 Union Assaults 60-year-Old Man

Wanted: Suspect for Assault in the 26th District
On June 19, 2014, at 6:15 am, the complainant, a 60 year-old male, was working at 300 East Wildey Street when he was approached by members of Local 542 Union who were picketing. When the complainant attempted to enter the property an unknown Hispanic male, who was picketing, grabbed him from behind and threw him into a fence. The complainant was transported to Episcopal Hospital for treatment of pain in his neck and back.
- Suspect Description: Hispanic male, mid 20 years-of-age, wearing a black shirt, and Blue jeans.
