Tuesday, May 27, 2014
FT. LAUDERDALE, FLORIDA (May 26, 2014)--For most, Memorial Day is a time to spend with friends and family to reflect on the sacrifices that the men and women in our military have made for our nation. However this year police believe that hundreds of teens made their way to the beach for a different reason, to cause mayhem.
Police in Ft. Lauderdale ended up arresting dozens of people Monday night during what they described as a volatile scene after riots broke out. Police said that they had to deal with two separate incidents in the city.
