Oaks, PA (May 6, 2014) - The Eat This Drink That food and drink festival producers are encouraging everyone to save the date (and their appetites) for its inaugural debut at the Greater Philadelphia Expo Center (100 Station Avenue, Oaks, PA 19456) on September 13th and 14th, 2014. The festival will consist of three (3) individual sessions, including Saturday, Sept. 13th from 12pm-4pm and from 5:30pm-9:30pm, plus Sunday, Sept. 14th from 12-4pm. Attendees are in for a literal treat as they can freely sample anything and everything Eat This Drink That has to offer.
From baked goods to barbeque, farm fresh to fried, grilled to gourmet, Eat This Drink That is sure to provide its audience with a little bit of everything to leave them satisfied. But that is just the half of it, Eat This Drink That will also include a bountiful boutique of beverages ranging from craft beer, coffee, wine, hard cider, tea, and more. The fun for foodies doesn’t stop there as the festival will also be welcoming food personalities and special guest chefs, including Hell’s Kitchen’sown Philadelphia native Chef Barbie Marshall, Chef Roshni Gurnani – the Food Network’s first South-Asian female to win Chopped, Chef Darryl Harmon previously of Philly’s infamous Water Works Restaurant and American Culinary Federation’s “Chef of the Year”, and award-winning beer educator and critic Gary Monterosso seen on the History Channel’s Epic History of Everyday Things, who will be hosting special programming guaranteed to please the palate; other personalities to be announced. Several cookbook authors such as Chef Rocky Fino who wrote ‘a guy’s guide to cooking,’ Will Cook For Sex.
Tickets for Eat This Drink That will be $40 per person, per session which includes admission, free parking, access to main stage programming, sips, and sampling from over 100 food and beverage exhibitors. Tickets will be available online and advance purchase is encouraged as a sell-out is expected. Attendees must be at least 21 years of age and have valid photo identification to gain entrance to the festival. Gift bags will be provided to the first 1,000 attendees through the door each session.
