Walter L. Fischer, Jr., of Audubon, Marine Corp Veteran, Retired Boilermaker, Local 329

(December 30, 1942 - April 21, 2014)

Beloved son of the late Walter, Sr. and Helen. Loving brother of Jacqueline Lee Bunch. Dear uncle of Alexis Bunch. Cherished nephew of Regina Karpiak. Also survived by many cousins.

Walter proudly served with the US Marine Corps. He was a boilermaker with Local 329 in Phila., PA.

Walter enjoyed hunting, gardening, woodworking, and working on his tropical fish tanks. He was also an avid reader.

Walter will truly be missed.

There will be a visitation from 9:30am to 10:30am Tuesday morning at GARDNER FUNERAL HOME, RUNNEMEDE.

Memorial Mass 11am Tuesday at Holy Child Parish, St. Teresa’s RC Church, Runnemede.

Inurnment St. Joseph’s Cemetery, Chews Landing.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Walter’s memory to St. Joseph’s Church, 1010 Liberty Street, Camden, NJ 08104.
