Officers working an ATV enforcement detail, came upon Joshua Mecough of the first block of Berkshire Drive, Sewell, NJ and a 17 year old Juvenile male as they were smoking marijuana in a wooded area that is frequented by ATV riders.arrested after officers observed them consuming marijuana in a wooded area behind the Woods Edge development off of Cross Keys Road in Gloucester Township, NJ.
Arrest: 1. Joshua Mecough Berkshire Drive Sewell NJ Age: 18
Charges: Possession of CDS with the Intent to Distribute, Possession of CDS over 50 Grams, Use and Under the Influence of CDS and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
Arrest: 2. 17 Year Old Male.
Charges: Possession of CDS Under 50 Grams, Use and Under the Influence of CDS and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
