It’s hard to believe it’s been a year since Superstorm Sandy hit New Jersey and impacted the lives of so many. The storm was extraordinary, but it should make us all proud that we came together as a community to help each other recover.
We have come so far in the last year and while there’s much work left to do, we have pulled together and continue to pull together to make New Jersey a better, stronger place to live, work, and raise a family.
In this video, I join people in Hoboken, NJ as we look back on the storm.
I have never been more proud to represent the people of New Jersey than I have during this last year since Sandy struck. And for those New Jerseyans still struggling, we’re going to continue to fight for you and, together, we’ll rebuild better than before.
