Looking For Veteran Suffering with PTSD Who Would Like A Service Dog

 
If you, or someone you know, is a veteran suffering with PTSD and would like a Service Dog, please contact Sue at squinn9807@aol.com.

 The Service Dog will be sponsored by the Gregory T Dalessio Memorial Foundation. Capt Gregory Dalessio was killed in Afghanistan on June 23, 2008. Every year they hold a 5K Run/Walk to celebrate his life and service. With the proceeds from this year, they are interested in sponsoring a service dog to help a veteran diagnosed with PTSD.

Audubon Young at Heart Club for senior citizens 60yo+ meets the third Tuesday of every month September to June from 1pm to 3pm.  Location is the Audubon Senior Center on Oakland Ave.& Oak St. next to the Audubon Library.  A fellowship gathering with delicious snacks occurs after every meeting.   Many activities are planned  for seniors each month.  Holiday celebrations, inter-generational parties,bingo, volunteer opportunities, and ongoing events for fun and fellowship.  We look forward to meeting new members.
