Wallet Theft and Credit Card Fraud

GLOUCESTER TOWNSHIP POLICE DEPARTMENT /MEDIA RELEASE/SEPTEMBER 23, 2013
An employee of the Target Store on Cross Keys Road in Gloucester Township, who was working the overnight hours, reported that his wallet was stolen from his car between 12 midnight and 4 am on September 13, 2013. The victim also reported that the TD Bank card that was in the same wallet was used to make a $16 purchase at 4:25 am in the Wawa Store in front of the Target Store.
GTPD Police obtained surveillance video from the Cross Keys Road Wawa Store which shows a possible suspect removing a green card from a wallet, possibly the same TD Bank Card, and utilizing it to purchase a sandwich and some other small items at 04:25 am. Wawa management relayed the total amount of this suspect's purchase appears to be approximately $16.
The suspect appears to be a white male, dark hair with a goatee, medium built and height, wearing a dark and tan hat, gray shirt, and jeans. The suspect also has a large tattoo on his left forearm.
