Jessica has spent countless hours and efforts supporting our veterans and their families. 10/06/2013 Ride For Autism Speaks On Sunday, October 6, 2013, motorcyclists from the Tri-State area will unite at The Pier Lot at the Camden Waterfront in Camden, New Jersey for a 60-mile police escorted ride to the House of Blues at the Showboat Casino Atlantic City for the 8th Annual Ride For Autism Speaks. Motorcyclists will gear up to raise awareness for the local chapter of Autism Speaks. All proceeds and contributions raised will fund the research for autism. Registration begins at 9 a.m. at The Pier Lot and kickstands come up at 12 p.m. Upon reaching Atlantic City around 2 p.m., participants will enjoy an after-party at the House of Blues, including food, live entertainment, and a cash bar. Anyone can partake as a rider, passenger, or after party guest to help change the future for everyone affected by autism. The fee is $35 per person, and all participants will receive a commemorative t-shirt and raffle ticket towards the raffle auction at the after-party. 10/19/2013 Armed Forces Freedom Run - 5K and 6hr Relay and Family Fun Day Come join the fun and support your Burlington County Soldiers, Sailors, Airmen, Marines, and Coast Guardsmen! Race Date: October 19th, 2013 .Purpose of Event The event, sponsored by the Burlington County Military Affairs Committee, is being held to raise funds to benefit the Military members and their families at Joint Base – McGuire-Dix-Lakehurst. There will be two separate run events: The 6-hour relay run and the 5K cross-country Race. Both events are open to Military and Civilian. In addition to the two races,there will be additional activities going on that will interest the entire family. NEW THIS YEAR!! The AFFR has partnered with the “Punkin Chunkin’ For ALS” team and the Central Jersey Tractor Pull Association for a combined “Fall Fling Festival” Event.
