Loving and cherished son of Raymond E. Cowgill, III and Christina Froberg. Loving brother of Kevin Gleason, Nicholas Carbo, Angela Rae and Rayana Cowgill. Cherished paternal grandson of Teresa Severance (Edward) and the late Raymond E. Cowgill, Jr. Cherished maternal grandson of Teresa Froberg and Kenneth Froberg. Beloved nephew of Jenna Cowgill, Tracy Boody, James Harris, Kenny Froberg, Michael Froberg and Joey Gagliardi.

Relatives and friends are invited to a visitation on Wednesday evening from 6 to 7 PM at the McCANN-HEALEY FUNERAL HOME: 851 Monmouth St., Gloucester City. Catholic Funeral Service 7 PM in the funeral home. Interment will be private.
