PHILADELPHIA PA--Christopher Mominey, the newly appointed Chief Operating Officer and Secretary of Catholic Education for the Archdiocese of Philadelphia, has released a special video for school families of the 123 elementary schools, 17 high schools and 4 schools of Special Education. 

The video has been posted on the Office of Catholic Education website and can also be accessed via the Archdiocese of Philadelphia YouTube channel at the following link:  http://youtu.be/ntWasTPJIXg.

 Mominey was appointed Secretary of Catholic Education effective July 1, 2013.  The 3-minute video is a brief introduction and a welcome to all Archdiocesan school families for the beginning of the 2013-2014 academic year. Students in the Archdiocese of Philadelphia will begin classes on Wednesday, September 4, 2013.
