Police in Gloucester Township and Pine Hill Investigation Attempted Luring Report

The Gloucester Township Police Department has recieved the below information from the Pine Hill Police Department. The close proximity of Pine Hill to our community makes this information relevant and it should be reviewed by all residents:
After reading the report regarding the attempted luring on June 25th, 2013 of a juvenile female
on West Branch in Pine Hill, a concerned citizen reported a second possible attempted luring
incident involving a vehicle and driver matching the description provided. The second incident
occurred in the area of Erial Road and Bromley Drive at approximately 7:00pm on June 25th.
was talking to the driver of a white van, shaking her head as if she was saying, “No.”. The van
slowly drove alongside of the girl as she walked. As the witness approached the van drove away
on Erial Road towards Hickstown Road. The female juvenile involved in this incident was
described as being 5’3” approximately 115lbs, with long straight brown hair. She was wearing a
pink tee shirt and carrying a large purse or tote.
The vehicle in both incidents was described as a white Econline style van. Both witnesses
describe the van in the respective incidents as having no markings or windows on the sides and
no roof rack. The witness in the original incident described dark tinted windows on the back of
the van. Below are photographs of a van matching the description provided by both the original
victim and the witnesses of both incidents.
The driver of the van involved in the second incident is described as male with darker skin
complexion, short dark hair- side parted, with dark eyes and mustache. He was estimated be in
his 30’s.
