On May 4, 2013. Age 83. Of  Gloucester City. Formerly of Woodbury.

Loving husband of the late Mary (nee Wright). Cherished father of Mary (Anthony) Bramble. Beloved grandfather of Chris, Holly, Mike, Julie, Tiffany (Bobby), Anthony and Kim. Loving great-grandfather of  “Little Bobby.”  Dear Brother of  Rita Carabasi and Mary (late George) Seal. Survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.  Rocco was born and raised in South Philadelphia, PA. 

 

He was a true family man and enjoyed going to the casinos with his wife and daughter . Rocco loved crabbing with the family and caught all the crabs which made for delicious dinners. 

 

Relatives and friends are kindly invited to attend his visitation on Saturday from 10 am to 11 am at the McCANN-HEALEY FUNERAL HOME: 851 Monmouth Street, (at Brown Street) Gloucester City. Catholic Service 11 am in the funeral home. Cremation and Inurnment private. Family Requests in lieu of flowers memorial donations to the American Cancer Society: 1851 Old Cuthbert Road, Cherry Hill, NJ 08034. Please write in memo: Rocco C. Carabasi.
